The rooftop pool offered panoramic city views. The rooms included all necessary amenities. Staff was always available and ready to help with any request I have, it was nice. Breakfast presented a wide selection of fresh and delicious choices to begin the day, very important.
I found there weren't many hooks on the walls for my things in the room.

the staff set up an early breakfast when i had to leave early. the rooftop pool is very nice. the front desk and restaurant staff were really good. i found them very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel provided generous bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower was warm and powerful. The bed in the double room was huge. It was also very comfortable.
The hotel did not provide blackout curtains in the rooms.

the location, on a busy street, was acceptable. it put me close to many stores.
the room i got was a sad excuse for a suite. the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and it was right next to the bed. not exactly relaxing or hygenic. the blackout curtains didn't, so the room was always bright.

The room was very spacious with a huge bath, settee, and a big t. v. the bed was very comfortable. the rooftop bar and pool area presented a lovely view of the bay and the cathedral. It was amazing.

the staff were excellent and always willing to help. i ordered hot eggs during breakfast. there was no one to greet us during breakfast which was not friendly, and no one informed us of this.

The allocated room faced a less than desirable view of adjacent flats. Natural light was limited because of the location and window coverings. I found the ceilings in the bathroom area unusually low. The shower gel had an odd smell. I requested a wake up call but it did not happen.
